The automatic stretch transfer machine increases continuity in the production line and minimizes manual intervention by transporting stretch rolls effortlessly. While fully automatic stretch transfer machine models are preferred for businesses that require high efficiency, semi-automatic stretch transfer machine solutions are ideal for more compact systems. All stretch transfer machine types are designed to ensure uninterrupted operation on production lines and offer maximum speed and reliability in winding processes.

| Maximum winding speed | 600 mt/minute |
|---|---|
| Stretch film size | 300 - 500 mm |
| Air pressure | 4 - 6 bars |
| Control system | PLC electronic control, with monitor |
| Metrics | With electronic measurement (with Encoder) |
| Operating speed | Electronic speed control |
| Cutting system | Automatic |
| Feeding system | Automatic |
Stretch transfer machines are systems that automatically change stretch film rolls in the production line. In the automatic model, it removes the finished roll, automatically feeds the new roll and the tape wrapping process continues. In this way, the operator does not need to change the roll without stopping the machine, and the line operates uninterruptedly.
The emptied film roll is detected by a sensor. It takes the spare roll waiting at the edge of the machine with motorized arms or a chassis system and mounts it. In simultaneous systems, both an empty roll and a full roll are held on a pallet, so the changeover time is completely eliminated. The operator only deals with general monitoring and maintenance.
It is ideal for facilities that perform continuous high-volume packaging. It increases operator safety by reducing labor needs. Fully automatic models provide high speed and reliability. In semi-automatic versions, there is some operator intervention, but it still offers significant time savings.
It is used in high production lines and storage centers where stretch film consumption is intense. It is preferred in industries requiring uninterrupted packaging such as automotive spare parts, petrochemical bobbins and palletized production lines.
