What is a Door Packaging Machine & What Does It Do?

Door packaging machines enable the packaging of long, thin and delicate products such as doors, window glass and stairs with stretch film. These machines perform film wrapping by holding the doors in an upright or slightly tilted position. Product surfaces are not scratched during wrapping; extra protection is provided against impacts and external factors during transport and storage.

Door Wrapping Machine Working Principle

The door is placed into the machine by being fixed with special trays or slings. Instead of a rotating turntable or moving arm system, film application is performed on a fixed or sliding table. Each layer of film is tightly wrapped around the product, so that the edges and surfaces of the doors are completely covered. If desired, packaging quality can be increased by wrapping from both the front and the back.
