The stretch wrapping robot is a mobile wrapping unit that can move independently around the pallet. It reaches pallets on a platform that moves freely within the factory or warehouse instead of on a fixed track. With its fully automatic wrapping system, it provides flexibility in high-volume or irregular stock areas.
The stretch robot moves toward pallets via remote control or integrated software. It contains a pallet detection sensor and a film unit. The robot rotates around the pallet, applies layers of film and completes the wrapping. Powered by high-capacity lithium batteries, the robots can operate continuously for 2-3 hours.
It allows wrapping without using a forklift in large warehouses or warehouse environments where pallets are moved frequently. Thanks to its flexible use, it easily transfers between the assembly line and the shipping area. It minimizes the need for human labor. Our fully automatic models can be customized with visual camera or forklift-integrated versions.
It is effective in large warehouse areas and logistics centers with a high number of pallets. It is preferred in e-commerce, automotive sub-industry and storage companies, and in old buildings that do not have the infrastructure for stationary stretch machines.
